I opperate a small computer repair business in the Asheville/Hendersonville area called Jones PC Repair. I have been in this line of work since 1995 when I built my first computer and setup the bookkeeping spreadsheets used by my families restaurant. Since then I have built countless computers, learned to repair laptops (I’m now certified by Toshiba), installed servelience camera systems, setup wired and wireless networks for homes and campgrounds, worked in computer sales, and I’ve been called apon to setup a home theater system or two along the way. This blog is an expression of my hobbies, intrests, talents, and businesses, for this reason there is a technology section which includes how-tos and product reviews and recommendations. Although the name is Jones PC Repair, I do work on Mac/Apple computers as well and have done so since the Apple IIe.
